How to make a return

  1. Contact us using the form on our Customer Service page.
  2. Tell us your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We’ll get back to you with next steps.

Once your return has been approved, you’ll receive instructions by email.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • with original packaging

If the item does not meet these criteria, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are currently paid by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive the returned item for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or design, simply return your item and place a new order.
